Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with Amazon's MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) services for order fulfillment in the UK and mainland Europe. In the United States, we utilize various shipping options for our US and global shipping. Please note that shipping carriers may change, and we rely on our courier partners for deliveries from their warehouses.
Processing Time
United States: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, considering local holidays and weekends. Our 3PL (third-party logistics) partner operates from 9 AM to 5 PM NJ time, Monday through Friday.
United Kingdom: Orders are processed according to Amazon's FBA hours.
Rest of World: Orders are handled by a 3rd party forwarding service - Passport. Delivery times, import duties, and additional fees are calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping outside of the US, EU, and UK for this reason.
United States: rates depend on the distance between the delivery address and our fulfilment center (New Jersey).

European Union + other countries: Import duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. We are currently unable to offer free shipping to Europe.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email once your order has been fulfilled. We also offer package shipping insurance through Route.com for orders in the USA.
Packaging
Our standard packaging ensures that your products arrive safely and securely.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their respective countries. These will be visible upon checkout for non-USA and non-UK customers.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Lost Shipments: If a package is confirmed lost through tracking, we will replace the order free of charge. If tracking shows "delivery successful," the customer must investigate with their local postal service.
Damaged Shipments: If an item is damaged during transport, customers must provide proof of damage (contact hello@psaskincare.group). We will replace the damaged item for free, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Delayed Shipments: Shipping delays may occur and are beyond our control. Customers acknowledge this risk as part of our shipping policy.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@psaskincare.group to initiate a return.
