Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with Amazon's MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) services for order fulfillment in the UK and mainland Europe through. In the United States, we utilize UPS for various shipping options. Please note that shipping carriers may change, and we rely on Amazon's courier partners for deliveries from their warehouses.
Processing Time
United States: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, considering local holidays and weekends. Our 3PL (third-party logistics) partner operates from 9 AM to 5 PM NJ time, Monday through Friday.
United Kingdom and Mainland Europe: Orders are processed according to Amazon's standard FBA hours.

Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email once your order has been fulfilled. We also offer package shipping insurance through Route.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their respective countries.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Lost Shipments: If a package is confirmed lost through tracking, we will replace the order free of charge. If tracking shows "delivery successful," the customer must investigate with their local postal service.
Damaged Shipments: If an item is damaged during transport, customers must provide proof of damage (contact hello@psaskincare.group). We will replace the damaged item for free, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Delayed Shipments: Shipping delays may occur and are beyond our control. Customers acknowledge this risk as part of our shipping policy.
Returns and Exchanges
